New Listing

I've put on a great new listing in Fairfield, at 27 Pine Creek Ave, just a few steps from one of the best kept secrets in Fairfield- the South Pine Creek Beach. There is rarely anyone there, and it's a great place to have a picnic without the chaos of Jennings or Penfield Beach. There will be a public open house this Sunday April 5 from 1-3pm.

As for the Westport Connecticut Real Estate market, things are still quite active on our offices high end listings. (2.25 million +) Buyers are taking their time, and sellers don't want to "give away" their prized possession. But ultimately, things are still selling. My office has been involved in 60% of all transactions closed in '09 thus far.
